WINEMAKING

Grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in stainless steel at about 85 F, while macerating the juice with the skins. Once finished, the wine is racked into another tank in order to be clarified with vegan friendly products.

TASTING NOTES

Nice garnet color, with medium intensity, and a violet rim. Aromas show very savory red fruit descriptors, such as cherry, strawberry and wild berries wrapped in a group of balsamic and spiced aromas. The aftertaste emphasizes the balsamic sensation.

FOOD PAIRING

Pair it with any kind of meat, white or red. Also, vegetables! Best served at: 65 – 70 F
