WINEMAKING
Grapes are pressed, juice is fermented in stainless steel and then barreled down. The wine stays in the barrel for about 3 months in contact with its lees, with frequent batônnage.
TASTING NOTES
This wine has a pale straw yellow color with a golden hue. On the nose, we feel tropical fruit aromas combined with toasted almonds and a vanilla touch. On the palate it’s round, unctuous and mouth filling. The aftertaste is intense and fruity.
FOOD PAIRING
The best dishes to pair this wine are rice and pasta dishes, with a mushroom sauce.
