WINEMAKING

Grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in stainless steel at about 85 F, while macerating the juice with the skins. Once finished, the wine is racked into another tank in order to be clarified with vegan friendly products.

TASTING NOTES

Nice ruby red color, with a beautiful violet rim. Standing out aromas are wild strawberry, aromatic red flowers such as roses, and a touch of ripe cherries. It shows a good riper tannin, balanced with a pronounced acidity; and a very expressive and fruity aftertaste.

Barbecues of roasted red meat.
