WINEMAKING
Wines are separately vinified, at a moderate temperature, as well as racked and clarified with vegan friendly agents. The blend is then made in a separate tank just before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Very intense ruby red color, bright and clean. On the nose, black fruit notes are predominant over red fruit notes, both combined with black pepper and spice coming from Shiraz. Smooth on the palate, long and memorable aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent by the glass, to appreciate the fruit.
Best served at: 65 – 70 F
