WINEMAKING

Grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in stainless steel at about 85 F, while macerating the juice with the skins. Once finished, the wine is racked into another tank in order to be clarified with vegan friendly products.

TASTING NOTES

This wine shows an intense dark cherry color, with hints of violet purple in the rim. The aromatic intensity is medium – high, with lots of black berries. On the palate, it’s smooth and easy to drink.

FOOD PAIRING

Amazing with intense dishes like stuffed meat or vegetable lasagna.

Best served at: 65 – 70 F
